What do you hope to learn in this study group?
Please try to make your goals specific, relevant and trackable. As your study group evolves, your goals might change as short-term goals lead to long-term goals. We will take time to refine goals about half-way through the year.

• Transfer writing to text
• Simple interactive things for the kids
• Explore the Marketplace
• How to use the document camera
• Learn how to make a Balloon Pop
• Learn which Smartboard tools can be used without a Smartboard
• Learn how to "not be in the shadow"
• Practice using all the tool buttons
• Explore the Toolkit and Gallery Essentials- This is planned for Octobers PD.

• Learn how to freeze the screen- so the board stays the same but the computer is usable.

October Update...
During our PD session we Explored the Toolkit and Gallery Essentials as stated above.
We went to the Gallery Essentials then Lession Activity Tool kit> interactive multi media tab.
We reviewed the following activites:

1. Balloons
2. Annagrams
3. Image select (image sort- community pictures)
4. Image match (drag titles to picture)
5. Pairs (a memory type game)
6. Word ??? (word game like hangman with rotton tomatoes or soccar)
